Test

Well this is a test run. I'm not quite sure how good I will be at this whole blogging thing, but I think it will probably be a good way for me to document my last semester in college, as well as the whole law school thing. It will also help my family keep up with me and what I'm doing, especially when I don't get to see them that often. I'm still figuring this website out, but I know a lot of people that use it and absolutely love it, so be patient with me.

As for what is going on in my life, I've just been really busy with school and law school applications mostly. I was sick all day yesterday due to this wonderful Louisiana weather that we've been experiencing (note the sarcasm). I'm going to get my hair done today, and I'm not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, so get excited for a picture update!

This weekend should be a really fun weekend. We have Clif's cousin Jared's wedding tomorrow night in New Roads, LA, so we'll be able to spend some fun time with Clif's family, which will be wonderful since I haven't seen them since Christmas or before that. Then the rest of the weekend will be spent studying and cleaning, like usual. We're actually quite boring. We'll be going to church on Sunday and then probably meeting up with some friends for brunch, like we usually do. Like I said, typical and routine weekend, unless there is something that Clif hasn't informed me of yet, which is quite possible, so there could be a surprise! :)

On another note, since I'm talking about weddings, a girl I went to middle school with is getting married. Now when I say she is getting married, she is not getting married until November 2012. This is also at least the third time she has been engaged to a different guy in the past two years. Her wedding website has filled me and everyone else I know with laughter and amusement. Please check it out. www.mywedding.com/jameslovesjulie Make sure to take a look at her wedding registries. It's a hoot, but you'll have to overlook the grammar and spelling mistakes, they are numerous.

Well, this test has turned out well, and once I figure out how to work this site, we'll see what happens! Thanks for reading!

  1. Megan! I love your blog-the name, the color, it's so you! Hope you keep it up. It keeps me sane and you need to join the Blogher advertising thing. I have earned a little money. And I would love to see pictures of "the little girl" and Clif too. Stick with it. Can't wait to see y'all this weekend. - Susan
